Where can you find the coolest custom/mod cases?

I am searching for a really unique, sweet pre customized/modded case. I have looked at Xoxide (too little selection) and NorthwardGraphics (very nice, but VoodooPC like ripoff). So, my search for a case continues. Some features I would like are:

Unique paint colors
Images
Windows
Nice fan
Quality case itself

Any suggestions?
