I bought two Behringer MDX4400's a few months ago to replace 4 MDX2200
Composer Pro's I had in my PA rack. The MDX2200's worked flawlessly
for 3 years. A month into using the MDX4400's...a gate began to stick
on CH#3 of one unit. And now, CH3# of the second unit barely has any
volume and what audio does come through is distored...sounds similar
to a cracked solder joint.
This is not a slam note against Behringer...I've actually had very
good experiences with many of their other products. But I'm wondering
if the MDX4400 is a lemon design or has had significant mfg problems.
