I have connected Dell Wireless 1490 Dual Band WLAN Mini-Card to my Intel D2700mud

please see images below.

I removed it from a laptop and plugged to my mobo. It is showing the wifi adapter but unable to connect with any devices.

please check the images above, I think there is some wire which is not connect to wifi,

And how did you connect antenna to this card. You will get nothing without antenna.

I dont have antenna, where can i get it, or can i make it with some wires. need help.

If you search for wireless mini-card and antenna you will find a couple of options.

You want to buy the shortest cables that will connect to the external antenna.

You can't really make them they are microwave rated cables and they are specially constructed to carry the 2.4g wireless signal.

Last I saw they were not too expensive but tossing away you mini card and using a $10 USB wireless adapter is going to be simpler.
