I can't seem to find the currect driver for this device.

So the other day a friend from school gave me this device to increase my internet speed by 3x! Although when I plug it in i"m having a error come up called "Windows has found new hardware" and i cant get the error to stop, so I asked my friend what I need to do (he's an IT professional) I'm just starting out in the IT world, but he said I need to download the driver form dell's website, but I cant find them could anyone help me find them? I cant find any numbers but i took a picture.
