I am trying to connect my Samsung TV to the internet and keep getting a message that says NEtwork setup complete, but cannot connect to the internet. I am wondering, I have 2 network connections, a secure one and unsecure. I don't have the information/password for the secure connection anymore, so I am trying to set my TV up with the unsecure network. I am wondering if that could be a problem? I've done all of the other troubleshooting and still nothing...
