where should I go for a DVD decoder

I need DVD decoder, or full package playback software to view dvd's on my new xp machine and I would like the expertise of the forum folk. If I could just download a small decoder to plug into windows media player, that would be ideal but any viable method would be accepted.

if it's free, i'd would like it that much more

if you want a hardware decoder(i doubt that you do) i have one for sale. it's a creative dxr3.
