I Would like to introduce IPscan. This is a network security client & server application that manages user access writes.The software interface is logical and very easy to use. The thing that is unique about this product is that once access is granted the IP scanner then pairs the mac address of the users device this not only improves network security it also stops any IP conflicts.

I have not even looked at your link because by your description you are just reinventing things that have been available for many years.
Many switch can do this by simply enabling dhcp snooping. REAL security is provide by 802.1x or many other advanced feature firewalls provide.

Go try to sell your crap someplace else.
