Router: Asus RT-N56U Question

Hi guys. I recently upgraded my router. I bought the Asus RT-N56U. On the router interface page, I am setting up the wireless SSID and password. I have two questions.

Is there a difference between WPA2-Personal and WPA2-Enterprise?

Can I assign the same SSID and password to both the 2.4 ghz and 5 ghz SSID? I've never had a router that broadcast two SSID's before.

for the WPA2-Enterprise you will need another authentication server like a Raidus server. For home use and small companies the WPA2-Personal works just fine.

you could assign the same SSID and password; however, how are you going to distinguish between them? A 5GHZ wireless card will show both SSIDs

Hi. Thanks for the response. Sorry, but I am a bit of a noob. In regards to the two SSID question, is it not possible for the end user's device to alternate based on whichever band (2.4ghz or 5ghz) is better at the moment? Or, do you always have to connect to either the 2.4 or 5 ghz band and that's it? Thanks.
