Systeminfo windows 8 flashes and disappears

Hallo!

as in the title:

I hit Win + R and type systeminfo and then I hit run. The systeminfo window opens, but after few seconds it disappears suddenly.

What's wrong? How can I manage this problem? Please , can you help me?

Hi,

Don’t execute this command directly from the Run command box. Type CMD and hit Enter. On the opened command line window, type SYSTEMINFO and hit Enter to execute the command. This would keep the command window open and you can view the entire information about your system without any issues.
