Hello guys, sorry if i this thread is in wrong section, i didn't know where to write it.

I have heard that if you use AI Recovery for ASUS you can create a recovery disc to format it later.

I have been using my laptop for now almost 1 year and i recently heard about this.

My question however is, if i buy 6-7 disc and use them to create a recovery disc, will all the programs, softwares and drivers i have installed over the year be burned to that disc? or will it just burn the drivers and softwares when i for the first time started the computer?

Most likely, just the OS files. - If you want everything, look at Easeus Todo backup and Macrium reflect - Both open Source (freeware)

So if i burn the CD:s it wont help me at all?

I have an ASUS X53U and have already done a Factory Restore... The result ended up all the drivers and softwares where gone and i had to send the laptop to ASUS so they can factory restore to the point it used to be at the beginning.

I have talked to them to send me a CD to Restore my computer but haven't recieved yet. And i dont want to call them again because so many is calling and dont want to wait that long.
