Hi, I am staying in a hotel and they have given me the wirless password I have tried connecting to this using my vista laptop but when i put the password in it says its wrong. It is asking for a pinb. but I need to enter the password phrase the hotel gave me. I have asked them for a pin but they say no pin available only the password phrase. can someone help me pleaaaasseeee

Depends on the hotel chain, but many have wireless that does not require security passphrase, but rather gives you a hotel default page that requires you to enter a password on the page and then gives you access for 24 hours.

Check to see that your laptop is attempting to connect to the correct wireless network, as there are probably several around the area.
