Anyone else got the same problem? I've tried every piece of software there
is: TDK Bluetooth OBEX, BVRP Mobile Phone Tools V3.11 and a few others.

I can get to the phone books and calendars but as soon as I try to get a
file listing for the multimedia folders, I get "Connection error".

Is V620 firmware broken?

I can't get the software to work either. I went to the dealer & they
gave me software for the v600 saying it would work. However, it
doesn't, so I've been trawling the net for newer software to no
avail:mad:. If u find the software driver so I can put mp3 on I would
appreciate it.

Sooty and Luke, did you get this to work in the end? I am having similar
problems when I tried to get to the file listing for the multimedia
folders, I see nothing on the right hand side of the mobile PhoneTools
screen. When I try to transfer files between the pc and the phone, my pc
freezes.

Have you been able to find a a solution?
