where can i find this driver? i have search and it seems to me it does not exist.

Only Dell have compatible drivers for their own computers, but they do not support Windows 8 on the Optiplex GX620. Unfortunately the GX620 is too old and Dell decided not to release any new drivers for it after Windows XP.

It's advisable to check up on driver availability at the manufacturer's website before upgrading the operating system.
