Wrong Ip Address

Hello,
My laptop is pulling an Ip address of 192.168.3.1 which does not exist on my network. I'm connected to a hub which also connects my desktop. The hub is connected to a router that's also used as a DHCP server. My desktop is fine and pulls a correct address from the gateway which is 192.168.0.1. The laptop should be pulling an address from the same gateway

Check to make sure the laptop is on DHCP in network settings.

You can try resetting TCP/IP, procedure varies depending on your OS.
