Hello, I got the same issue, I have an telemetry equipment which have one ethernet RJ45 port, so I have an internet connection and I can connect to this device remotely using a browser on my PC for security reason I want to feed this device with a second internet connection that is coming from a cellular line
, can I just put the two different Internet cables into a switch and from that switch connect my device?

No, but you can use a load-balancing router connected to your two Internet connections and forward the appropriate ports.
