Ip address conflict xp

I get this warning on both screens of the computers that share my network. I'm using XP/Windows 7. Any quick fix? Thanks in anticipation of an answer guys/girls!

Yes, change their IP addresses. Are you using static or dynamic addresses? Go into your router configuration page and either use address reservation for the machines or at least give them static addresses that are different, outside the DHCP assignable addresses, but both in the network address range. The other choice is to use dynamic addresses, set them both to automatically obtain an IP and insure that your router DHCP server has enough addresses available.
