Partitioning/Raid0

Hi, This is my first time setting up a raid system, and I wanted to know how I should partition the harddrive.
system specs
Soyo P4X400
mushkin PC3200
Pioneer DVD-R
Radeon 9700 Pro
Soundblaster Audigy
Pentium4 2.53ghz
2x WD 80gb harddrives
I need to know how I should partition the harddrives.They are set up for Raid0.
