Host File Blocking

Hello, I have been using hostfile blocking for some time how and use http://winhelp2002.mvps.org/hosts.htm definitions which are quite good. However now a few ads have now appeared and are now starting to annoy me. I would like to know if there is a way to see the connections established by flash player since it is the one that feeds out ads so i can block these new ad servers. I would like to also know of a general way of finding out what and to block if thats possible.
