333 mem=266 ?????

just installed a 512g of 333 ddr ram(cas 2.5) but on post shows up as speed of mem=266. on new mobo 8pe667. is this supposed to be ?????

no, have p4 2.4 that would be nice though!!!! it's a 400mhz. does that make it 100 quad pumped? currently running at 112x24=2688.....just installed new mobo and mem., so my tweaks aren't all in place yet. mem timings are at 2-2-5-2 though................also have another stick of "266" (512g.) would this also run at 266 or at a slower speed?

Ooops, I don't think the the i845PE chipset has a 3:5 CPU:RAM ratio. It does have a 4:5 ratio for PC2700 with the "533" bus of 133MHz, and a 3:4 ratio for PC2100 with the "400" bus of 100MHz.
