ENERMAX EG365AX is better. I have bad experience with older Antec PSU. The Antec PSU is a lot lighter than other PSU I have. There is a power sag once the computer with the Antec PSU is the only one shut down itself and all other computers runs fine. Both PSU will fit into the case.
They are both good, but no matter what you spend you may get a bad one. Antec and Enermax both make excellent psu's but if you spend some time searching posts here and elsewhere and you will find plenty of people who swear by either and plenty of people who swear at either. Its somewhat of a dice roll. If you can do it economically buy it locally as opposed to online so its easier to return if you get a bad one.
Take your pick, i believe both will serve your needs. Antec have had quality issues in the past, though recently ive seen great advances in reliability and quality.
Enermax have allways been good, but pricey.
Personally i like enermax as i have one, and 3 of my friends have one, and none of us have had problems.

I've fixed 2 Enermaxes, on a 250W AT, another a 300W ATX. Both blew inverter transistors, probably when they were shorted. I don't think they would have if they'd been designed right. I haven't fixed any Antecs, but I've come across far fewer of them.
Do yourself a favour and check out PC Power & Cooling website. Their power supplies are superior, top quality, stable, and Made in U.S.A. It seems to me that a couple of the PSU's featured in the PS article can't even be found on the internet! What does that tell you? Forget the cheap imports....you get what you pay for!
