can you help me how to remove win7 and install winxp instead of it

just insert your winxp disc and overwrite your current partition

And if you don't already know, a "fresh" install means you re-format the drive; basically wipe it clean, henceforth 'fresh install' and you'll be good, just make sure you have your files backed up somewhere.

When you're in BIOS, insert your CD for WinXP and boot from disk, and I think you should be able to reformat the disk/partition from there, not sure about WINXP because I usually reformat with WIN7
