Skype and gigabyte wireless usage

Hello,
is it safe to say that a video Skype call will use 2GB for 100 min?

also does MIFI make a difference on usage or is it only better reception (or neither)?

I would suspect far less but you have to figure out based on what quality of video you are using. Even at 1.2m/sec means you only use 9mbyte/min

MIFI is just a term used for a hotspot that uses cellular broadband to obtain its internet.
