Hello,
I resently purcahsed a Kodak air printer. I contacted their call centre for help to set it up. They operator took control of my computer and altered the settings on my router, from 3 to 11. I want to change it back but cannot get into see my router on the screen. I have types 192.168.1.1 into google but I still can't see it. any assisitance would be appreciated. Many thanks. Vince

To find you gateway if she changed it, on a MAC do this: http://www.ehow.com/how_6404576_gateway-address-mac.html

On a PC type ipconfig in the command prompt window.

You may need to reset your router with the button on the back if you want to return to the default values.
