Hello,
I resently purcahsed a Kodak air printer. I contacted their call centre for help to set it up. They operator took control of my computer and altered the settings on my router, from 3 to 11. I want to change it back but cannot get into see my router on the screen. I have types 192.168.1.1 into google but I still can't see it. any assisitance would be appreciated. Many thanks. Vince

Hello and welcome to Tom's Hardware Forums.

Here's a link to our Sticky Post on how to find and change the settings in your router - you're looking for the Channel setting. However, if Kodak thought their printer would work better on Channel 11, it's probably better to alter your PC's channel setting to that number, or to Automatic.
