Got soo annoyed with it I am back to my AC97 codec, at least it doesnt screw up my system...
Ingame, after a while (has happened in various parts of the game) the game suddently seems to become very jerky (on a R9700Pro, I dont think so) & I lose all sound until I reboot the system... I am Suspicious it is possible causing other occasional problems with other games... doesnt seem to be any new drivers for it since way earlier... does somebody assume it works perfectly & is totally stable, I dont think so...
I think I might get an Audigy whilst they are goin cheap at this rate... (I am a pessimist about it now)
no-one shouts louder than someone who is being ignored, or in the case of techies, to be heard over the noise of their PC's ;-)
