Memory Useage

I have a slight problem and was wondering if anyone can help me out. I have 8Gb of ram and most of the time I average 2 through 2.5Gb of usage. However after running for several hours it starts climbing and sits around 5.5 to 6Gb. Can anyone help me out with this difference ? If I reboot the pc will come back at 2Gb and run fine until a few more hours and Bingo right again at 6Gb. I have Widows 7 Ultimate with almost 70Gb of Programs installed. I have checked and there are no programs running in Auto mode like the Backup

Then maybe there is problem with your windows. Is this happen when any particular program you running? Or just simple operation?

Look at processes in Task Manager and see what's gobbling up RAM...

I have used Task Manager and I do not see anything that is using that much. There maybe something hidden that is using it but I am not sure ?

So you sure, there are no virus or malware?

OK I figured it out. It was a hidden program called "widgi toolbar" made by "Spigot". I used "Malwarebytes" here http://www.malwarebytes.org/ and "SUPERAntiSpyware" here http://www.superantispyware.com/ and also a program called "rkill". I am back running at 2.5 to 3 Gb .
