Sennheiser 825S Wiring?

Last night on the gig I had to plug in
2 Sennheiser 825S (Low end Sennheiser line)
into my PA. None of them worked. But they did
worked with local cheep "Kustom" PA head.

All my AKGs and ATs worked fine with both.
My PA XLR inputs have standard wiring.
(Tested more times than I can count).

Anybody knows what'd'hell's happening?????
