after reading some masseges and squizing my piggy bank I decided to nero my choices:
WinTV PVR250 Internal PCI Personal Video Recorder
WinTV-PVR Personal Video Recorder Card
both of Hauppauge. i am looking for a card that can be plugged to a cable or video Plugs and can watch and record TV on my computer. i know WinTV-PVR does that but does PVR250 does?
