32 channel, 8 buss. 8 mic/line inputs and 3 ADAT cards(24 channels) in
the slots. This will come with the MOXA PCI card for interfacing with a
computer for automation *See note below*. Sorry, but no cable. It is
just a DB9, so it shouldn't be that hard to get.
4 band full parametric EQ on EVERYTHING, high and lo pass filters. 6 aux
sends. 16 faders using 3 banks( ch 1-16, ch 17-32, Buss1-8 & Aux1-6), 2
stereo return faders and a master fader.
Access to any function is just a button push, and there are several ways
to make adjustments. I have the manual on CD.
Everything works great except the switch for monitoring 2 track in on
the control room side is busted off. I am sure the switch is fine
inside, but the button that protrudes through the panel is gone. Also,
one of the moving faders is a little sluggish when switching fader
banks, but this does not affect the signal level in DSP unless you
physically move the fader.
I will also throw in an analog I/O interface card(8 channels of I and 8
channels of O) and one DB25 to TRS cable(8 channels).
Asking $800 OBO. It goes on ebay sometime next week if it doesn't move.
I can take pics if needed. Can go UPS, or whatever you prefer. Buyer
pays all shipping and insurance.
*Tascam never fully finished the automation software for this mixer
before they discontinued it(much to the chagrin of the users!). I am not
sure what all can be automated, because I never used it. Also, The
software is for Win98, SE and ME. They never made a version for XP,
though I read of some having a little success with it on the old Tascam
forums. The main problem was the drivers for the MOXA card. I will
include the software they did release.
