How to delete files which aapear in blue letters in windows7

Hello,how to delete files that appear in blue and requires specialo permissions plz help

blue file names indicate those are compresed.
what is the file name??
what is the exact error you are getting..
if possible post a screenshot.

theres two things for this blue files might be:
1- you need to take permission download this Take Ownership the install it and then go to your files and right click then Take Ownership, after that you can delete it.

or

2- its compressed on your disk, right click on your files then properties then Attributes advanced then uncheck the "Compress contents to save dick space"
