F4AF Waypoint marker on heading tape.

Hi All,
One thing I have been trying to do is switch on the waypoint marker for
the heading tape on the HUD, but have been unable to find out any
information about it. I prefer following the marker on the heading tape
rather than using the tadpole and diamond. I'm sure the previous F4 versions
defaulted with it on, so I have come to rely on it being present.
