HELP!

Hello,
HELP....i guess some automatic update on my laptop chose to eat my password so i called the Mfger last night to get them to wipe out everything and start from scratch. I have gotten as far as the "enter wireless router key" ... needless to say i have NO clue what that is. The lady helping me said it would be on the flip side of my router (which i could not get to last night) but today i see that space is blank. I cannot find my original manual or CD....WHAT can i do now? Thanks...Cat

What brand and model router? You can get the key from the wireless security configuration page of the router, and the answer depends on which router you have.
