v400 wrong subsidy cod

after trying 3x putting subsidy cod unsuccessfully (I guest wrong cod),I
have a message : call service provider, any suggestion , (fido)

It happened to me too, but on a V551. Some place on the net it said to leave
it on, when it says call service provider, after 30 minutes or so, it will
return to enter Sub number.
