Hello,
how can we share files between computers athat connected thgrough switch,also how we can apply password,and share between only some computers

Yes you can on both counts. If the computers are all connected to the Internet, through a router or MODEM beyond that switch, you already have the hub of a network.

It differs between versions of Windows, or if you use Linux or MAC systems in the network so post back with what you have and someone can guide you through it. Briefly, in Windows XP you have a Network Setup wizard in Control Panel but in Vista and Windows 7/8 it's the Network and Sharing Centre. You can do no harm experimenting in there.

Could you please me stepwise ,same work group all that if nt conected in internet but connected two windows xp using Rj45.am new to network

In each Control Panel, and with the RJ45 cable connected to both machines, run the Network Setup Wizard, answer each question and click next, then at the last form, select Don't make a CD etc.
