I cannot log into anything

I cannot log on to any site that requires logins using user names and passwords, but it's not the first time this is happening. It happened on my Desktop Pc once and for the second time on my tablet. I'm tired of losing applications I downloaded and scrubbing my computer down. It's becoming little too costly now. I think it may be time to put away high tech and go back to the post office.
