V180 Battery charging complete message

Hello,
Just got a new v180 motorola cell phone which so far is not to bad. I am
charging the phone up and according to the user manual it says, "That once
the battery is full charged there should be a message that says charge
complete. I spoke to tech support and they said, "That the message will be
on the outside where the time and date is or when you flip the phone open it
should be on the screen. I did see a battery level indicator once the flip
was open and it is not moving any more and when I went to the settings and
looked at the battery level it showed about +4.
Where can I found on the phone where the complete charge message is?
