Video Capture Programs

Hello ppl! I really need help.
My question is simple.
Is there any way to capture a video-in signal from an ATI RADEON 8500 AllInWonder card, without using the ATI software?
I mean, is there any third-party simple program that can capture the signal?

Yeah, A program called ShowShifter works fine. There are also 2 others that might work, WinDVD and Snapstream, but I don't have those.
