Q17 or a viewsonic 171B

Hi,
I've decided to go for either the Q17 hyundai (20ms hydis panel) or the Viewsonic 171B 16ms monitor. I was wondering which one would be the best choice.

I mostly play games, use the internet and watch a few movies on my pc, and will be changing over from a 19" gateway monitor.

I've heard that the Q17 displays true 24-Bit colours instead of dithered 18-Bit, how much will this effect the picture quality??

Also I can get the Q17 for £320 but the viewsonic is £395 and I can't find it in stock (black version) anywhere in the UK.

Based on all the above which one would everyone recommend??
