How to activate bluetooth on acer v3-571 laptop

hi, how enabled to Bluetooth in my acer laptop

On an Acer, you usually press <Fn> + <F3> keys.
Otherwise, press <Fn> then press the key with bluetooth symbol on it.

Or if the Bluetooth hardware is already active. Go to Start - Type "Bluetooth" - Click Settings then "Add a Bluetooth device". This will make Windows 8 listen for the Bluetooth device and start the sync process.
