SoundWorkshop Series 40

Hello-

Does anyone have any information on the SoundWorkshop Series 40? There
is a lot of info out there on the 34C...not so much on this. Barely a
whisper on RAP.

I heard from the nice folks on the yahoo soundworkshop forum that this
board came before the 34C and a few problems (recapping/ part
availability) with buying it as an older board.

I'm wondering if any RAP folks care to chime in on history or caveats
with this board. It's the usual, cheeky "I found one cheap and wonder
how long it would be in the garage or on my credit card" type
question. Is this a tech heavy deal like an older MCI?

Anyone use one against the more prevalent 34C?

Any direction you could point me in as well as far as gurus on these
things would be appreciated as well. Off list is fine but on list
even better.
