My ISP DNS blocked a website

Is there any way to get around this? It's a newsgroup site that I subscribed to. So far, this is the only website I know of that they blocked.

I tried OpenDNS and it didnt' work for me.

after doing a Google search I guess the reason you cannot get to the site is that the site was deemed illegal under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act

Hosted in UK so it must have been taken down so no proxy's.

I tried OpenDNS and even Google's own DNS and I still can't get in. I think it's not my ISP blocking it. It's gotta be on their side

They were having routing issues and probably still are. The workaround was using https instead of http. However, that isn't even working today anymore and their main site via http is now redirecting to iphoneusers.com for some odd reason.

You can use https://31.7.58.75 but the site has lost functionality.
