Can anybody recommend a decent cheap 2 PC KVM switch with 2 PS/2 and VGA connector?
I need one that doesn't give bluriness at high resolutions, refresh frequencies and supports resolutions up to 1280x1024 or atleast 1024x768.

Thanks, too bad that product isn't sold in The Netherlands and shipping will cost to much.

Assuming you don't have a fancy keyboard or you don't use the drivers on one, you can try the Belkin range. Soho ones work fine, but tend not to agree with cordless, iTouch or scroll type devices, unfortunately.

I've bought the Digitus Intelligent 2 ports KVM Switch IC-812-I for 59 euro including cables.
It seems to work pretty well and my wheel-mouse also works perfect. And best of all: no bluriness.
