Hello,

In the past 2 weeks I've noticed my lag while playing on xbox live has gone from low to awful. 3 or 4 green bars to 1 orange bar constantly. I've tried rebooting the modem and router multiple times to no avail.

Here is a tracert I just did:

It looks like your ISP may be the problem.

Run pingtest.net in your browser to get an actual latency value and packet loss, then run it with a direct connection to your cable modem, and then talk to your ISP if the problem persists with a direct cable connection, which rules out your router and local wireless.
