First buy 1 Billion dollars of manufacturing equipment, as well as highly specialized tools. Once done, ask for the laptop motherboard schematics so you could create your own.

You will still need the software/drivers/firmware though. I'm guessing that might be a bit harder to do

I'm guessing the question will be something like this "How do I make laptops to sell to everyone, when I only have 10 Rupees?"

Turn it over, use a paint stripper gun to heat up the solder to just below the point it turns to a liquid, should fix any solder cracks. Be carefult not to melt any plastic or get to close to the board itself.
