Running a laptop as a mobile phone

Hello,
i have bt openzone with vodafone on my android phone but i need to use my laptop because i get a stronger signal.is there a way for openzone to reconise my laptop as my android phone

It should ask you for a account number and password if you try to use a PC.

Hi the account comes free with my vodafone account and will only run on my mobile so i need to run the laptop being recognized by openzone as my phone.
