Video Capture

Greetings. I am looking to add some video capture capabilities to my current system and am completely stuck on why to get. If someone could please help me out i'd appreciate it alot. To give you the basic idea of what im looking for I do not need to capture any DV, all i need is something capable of taking video/audio from my camcorder, vcr, or tv through standard RCA cables or s-video. Thanks!

I use the Leadtek A250LE TD My ViVo GF4 Ti 4200 128Mb Video card to bring analog video into my system using S-video or RCA. It works great and you get a good gaming card in the package.
