Hardware Radio switch turns to off

Hello,
When I start my computer I connect to the internet momentarily. Then the interne goes off and tells me the hardware radio switch is off. I have a Samsung laptop and until I went into Easy Settings I was able to connect to the internet without any problems. Now I have to use the Fn F12 all the time to turn the switch on. How can I keep the switch ON all the time. I searched all over to find an answer and even spoke to the geek squad without any resolve. Any suggestions??

I do not know what 'Easy Settings' means, but you probably need to get support from Samsung.

Sounds like you may have turned the laptop on to use a very strict power saving rule. That usually involves turning off the wireless card to save power, although normally that's only done when the battery goes low. Go back to whatever settings you did and undo it.
