V620 picture messaging

As anyone with a moto v620 got it to work with picture messaging yet?
I bought as a sim free so I could use it with my works Orange corporate
account. Orange tell me that the account allows picture messaging/Wap
etc. The WAP works fine but when they send me the update for MMS and
the pin I get a message(too quick to read) 'Exceeds maximum limit' and
something to do with my profile. Orange told me that perhaps my
outbox/inbox were full. I emptied them but still get the same. When I
try to update.

Any ideas?
