Creating Themes for Motorola V180

My wife just got a Cingular Motorola V180. It comes with a couple of
themes but all of them have white text on a colored background for the
selected menu item. The non-selected menu items' text is black on
lighter color. I want to change the colors of these to improve the
contrast. I downloaded Motorola's Media Manager 1.5.01 from
www.motocoder.com but I couldn't see where to set the menu colors. All
I could see that I could set was the screensaver, the wallpaper, and
the ringtone. How are the menu colors specified?

Further down the road, what software do I need to load a created theme
into the phone?
