Custom Cursor Enlargment

I use a custom cursor I designed through an online cursor creator, but the maximum size was not nearly large enough for what I need it for. Any suggestions on how I can enlarge it? Perhaps through a 'select all and drag' method?

What size cursor are you currently using?

If you are having that big of an issue I would consider lowering the screen resolution, or investing in a larger monitor.

What size cursor are you currently using?

It's about 1cm x 1cm, I'm not sure on the official measurement. However, i would like to double it's size if possible.

This is it, it's purpose is to contrast and stay highly visible on the screen around numerous projectile-like colours.
Though, it's three quarters the size of this image.
